How We Collect Data
1. Information You give to Mynzo Carbon - This includes identity, contact, or any other attitudinal or demographic information submitted through the App, including information provided during registration, service usage, campaigns promotions or surveys. 2. Information we collect about You and your device - Each time you visit the App, Mynzo Carbon may automatically collect location, sensor data, IP address, device, content and usage data using cookies and similar technologies.3. Information from other sources - We may receive personal data from third parties including your employer, organizations you're associated with, App Stores, analytics providers, and publicly available sources.
Why We Use It
• To help you register for and facilitate provision of our Services, specifically to assess and track your carbon
emissions• To provide aggregated and anonymized services to your employer or associated organizations• To enable payment processing through third-party service providers• For processing requests, enquiries, complaints, and customer service activities• To communicate about offers, content, surveys, policies, and administrative information• To provide informative features and services developed by us• For providing, testing, improving, or recommending the Services• For analytics and reviews to improve the Services
• To support law enforcement or investigations on public safety matters• With your consent, to send newsletters and marketing emails
2. Your Rights & Preferences as a Data Subject in the EU
The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") gives certain rights to EU data subjects. 3. Retention of Personal Information
We store personal data as long as necessary to facilitate your use of Services and for legitimate business purposes including improving Services, technical issues, and dispute resolution. Specific retention period: Your logbook of activities determined from location and sensor data will be deleted after 30 days. Personal data is primarily stored electronically. Call data with customer representatives is recorded and stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for training and quality purposes.
4. Transfer of Information
We may employ other companies to assist in providing Services components. We may share your data with them but your individually identified logbook of activities will not be shared with third-parties. Where transfers are to entities not in countries deemed 'adequate' by the European Commission, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
5. Third Party Links
We may display links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for such third-party sites. When accessing them, you're no longer bound by this Policy or Mynzo Carbon's Terms of Use.
6. Compelled Disclosure

You may request access, correction, updation, and deletion of data by contacting support@mynzocarbon.com Note that deletion of certain data or withdrawal of consent may lead to cancellation of your registration or access to Services.
